Government Secure Intranet (GSI) Personal Commitment Statements (PCS)  is an application for internal Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) use only. It is used by all new IT account holders on entry and once per year by all registered users to confirm they agree to the terms and conditions of use of Defra network systems and handling of information.
