Sandwell MBC Air Quality Management Areas

Location of Air Quality Management Areas with Sandwell Metropolitan Borough. Air Quality Management Areas are declared where one or more pollutants exceeds of the National Air Quality Objectives. Air Quality Management areas are declared under the provisions of Part IV of the Environment Act 1995 and transposed in to English law under the Air Quality (Standards) Regulations 2010.
