R Script for: Modelling framework to quantify the risk of AMR exposure via food products

Script for a stochastic modelling framework built in R to quantify the risk of AMR exposure via food products. It was built using several R packages to simulate probability distribution, compute and visualize the results. The framework allows the model user to perform a number of Monte Carlo simulations of their choice.
