Overall case summaries (Prisons and Probation Ombudsmen)

Overall case summaries, contains the record of cases notified to the PPO with personal data about the deceased, dates of death and notification, establishments and organisations. The case flow contains details about the progress of the complaint and the outcome. A set of documents generated and submitted is also held for each investigation.
