Tables showing number of completed reviews during the year, by primary care need and age. Data is from historic statutory returns. Figures are rounded to nearest 5. 2014/15 and 2015/16 figures are based on historic RAP return definitions, but are not fully validated as RAP returns were discontinued in 2013/14. Figures may not add up because of rounding. The total number of reviews taking place during the year will be greater as some service users will have received multiple reviews.
