Mayoral Development Corporations

A Mayoral Development Corporation (MDC) is a statutory body created to bring forward the regeneration of a defined geography. In Greater Manchester there is an existing MDC in Stockport Town Centre West and there are proposed MDCs for the Old Trafford area, Northern Gateway, and Stockport Town Centre.
