GIS polygon dataset identifying the major housing development sites within the Brentwood Borough. These have been chosen by the Local Planning Authority to be subject to Local Plan policy to provide new dwellings between April 1996 and March 2011. The information includes the site name, area in hectares and British National Grid coordinates. Digitised at 1:1250 scale
