Land and Property Assets

Land and Property Assets owned or managed by Bath and North East Somerset Council. Each asset has a unique property reference and a brief summary of what the asset consists of is listed. The table(?) includes freehold and leasehold properties as well as other land assets that are managed by the Council by agreement, under licence or on a statutory basis where the tenure field states -other- to indicate these properties are not owned by B&NES.
