Hydrodynamic data from the interface between expanding and eroding mangrove forests in the Indian Ganges Brahmaputra Meghna Delta, December 2021-January 2022

This dataset contains acceleration data measured from low-cost and open-source bottom-mounted floats called 'Mini Buoys', to identify hydrological tipping points between expanding and eroding mangrove edges of Lothian Island in the Indian Ganges Brahmaputra Meghna Delta from 15-12-2021 to 08-01-2022. Both the East and West portions of the island were measured. The purpose of the survey was to determine the hydrological forcing around the island - where mangrove stability transitions from expanding to eroding.
