The Resource Management system holds the following information:
Information on current staff and former employees for the purposes of general, human resources and financial management. These records include:
- Personal contact details
- Payroll records
- Diversity information
- Sickness and other absence history
- Learning & development activity
- Educational/professional qualifications
- Appraisal records.
- transactional data in relation to expenditure it has incurred with organisations for the provision of goods and services.(e.g. supplier details, value and date of transaction etc.)
- fees it has charged customers in relation to the provision of services. (e.g. customer details, amounts charged, amounts received etc.)

The dataset includes personal and sensitive data under the provisions of the Data Protection Act.
A monthly-updated list of all financial transactions spending over £25,000 made by the Health and Safety Executive is published on http://data.gov.uk/dataset/financial-transactions-data-dwp-hse
as part of the Government's commitment to transparency in expenditure.
