HSE Resource Management system

The Resource Management system holds the following information:

Information on current staff and former employees for the purposes of general, human resources and financial management. These records include:

  • Personal contact details
  • Payroll records
  • Diversity information
  • Sickness and other absence history
  • Learning & development activity
  • Educational/professional qualifications
  • Appraisal records.
  • transactional data in relation to expenditure it has incurred with organisations for the provision of goods and services.(e.g. supplier details, value and date of transaction etc.)
  • fees it has charged customers in relation to the provision of services. (e.g. customer details, amounts charged, amounts received etc.)
  • contract opportunities with HSE worth more than £10,000, closed tender documentation, contract awards and contract documents are available on Contract Finder. http://www.hse.gov.uk/sellingtohse/contracts.htm

The dataset includes personal and sensitive data under the provisions of the Data Protection Act.

A monthly-updated list of all financial transactions spending over £25,000 made by the Health and Safety Executive is published on http://data.gov.uk/dataset/financial-transactions-data-dwp-hse as part of the Government's commitment to transparency in expenditure.
