Disability Living Allowance

Counts and rates for Disability Living Allowance claimants. Disability Living Allowance (DLA) is payable to children and adults aged under 65, who need help with personal care or have walking difficulties because they are physically or mentally disabled. People can receive DLA whether they are in or out of work. It is a non-means tested and is unaffected by income or savings of the claimant.
