Bereavement Benefit

This holds personal information about claimants in receipt of bereavement benefit payments. Bereavement Benefits cover three aspects: 1) Bereavement Payment (one off payment to widow/widower 2) Widowed Parents Allowance (Weekly benefit payable to widow/widower receiving Child Benefit) 3) Bereavement Allowance weekly benefit to people aged 45 to pensionable age with no dependent children. Data contains geographical and financial information and is produced on a quarterly basis.
