This survey was undertaken by Cefas as part of the North West Groundfish
Survey, Qtr 3 (FSS: NWGFS);
Station, catch, length (all species) and biological data (selected species)
for each of the annual surveys in the Irish Sea and Bristol Channel using
research vessels and 4m beam trawls. Data mainly used to create indices of
abundance in support of EU data regulations and as part of an ICES funded
research program. Additional aims include collection of benthic, litter, water
temperature and salinity and acoustic data.
Survey took place between 10/09/1999 and 01/10/1999 on Corystes

Survey operations were undertaken on 132 stations
89 different species were caught on this survey
