Soil chemistry data of soil samples collected within National Forest Inventory (NFI) woodland plots across England during the 2023/24 survey period. The dataset provides quantitative information on a range of soil chemical properties and nutrients detected in each sample. Data are georeferenced using a delocalised grid. The coordinates for the centroid of the polygon and also the total area of the polygon are included in the dataset. Further information about the delocalisation process is provided in the dataset evidence pack (Sampling Framework).
This dataset forms part of the Soil Biodiversity and Chemistry Monitoring Project within the National Forest Inventory framework.
