Our annual Workforce Diversity Profile has been published for 2023. The report highlights our workforce as of June 2023 and provides valuable insight into the diversity of our organisation. Our workforce From this report we can see our workforce includes 3.4% of colleagues who have chosen to stay employed with us for over 25 years - something we will continually celebrate. The average age of a Cambridgeshire County Council colleague is 45 years old, and 4 out of 5 of our colleagues are female. 193 colleagues took either maternity, paternity or adoption leave or shared parental leave within this period.
