Sediment to atmosphere CO2 flux and soil characteristics at geomorphically different mangrove sites in the Mekong Delta, Vietnam, and Charlotte Harbor, Florida, USA, 2022

[This dataset is embargoed until December 31, 2026]. Data include sediment grain size, sediment carbon content and carbon stable isotope analysis, collected at Charlotte Harbor Florida (two sites) in August 2022, and in the Mekong Delta, Vietnam (Ca Mau, Kien Giang and Soc Trang) from 24-08-2022 to 09-09-2022. Data were collected to determine if sediment characteristics and sediment to atmosphere CO2 flux at mangrove coastlines is different depending on the erosional or accretional state of the site.
